Sunway is a fully-integrated manufacturing center, specializing in producing high-tolerance steel components such as beams, trusses, and portals for the mining, energy, and infrastructure industries.
Production Capacity

Workshop: Spanning 28,000 square meters, it is equipped with 50T overhead cranes and a 120-meter longitudinal assembly line.

Machinery: Features CNC plasma/oxy-fuel cutting with an accuracy of ±0.5mm, robotic welding compliant with ISO 3834-2, and 3D plate rolling for materials 8-150mm thick.

Output: We can produce 15,000 metric tons of EN 10025-2 certified steel annually.

Core Technologies

Digital Twin Modeling: By integrating Tekla Structures and SolidWorks, we ensure clash-free prefabrication.

Automated Fit-Up: Our laser-guided alignment systems guarantee a dimensional accuracy of 2mm/m.

Surface Treatment: Employ shot blasting at SA 2.5 level, followed by a three-coat epoxy painting with a dry film thickness of 220μm, all done by robotic arms.

Quality Assurance

Material Traceability: We provide mill certificates and use RFID tagging, adhering to ISO 17636 NDT standards.

Testing: Conduct ultrasonic testing to meet AWS D1.1 Class A weld requirements.
