Portal Frame Buildings for the Japanese Market
The Japanese market is one of our established export markets, with around 1,000 tons of steel structures supplied to Japan every year. Our main products for this market are portal frame buildings, steel warehouses and industrial workshops.
For Japanese projects, we are able to work with Q355 structural steel and manufacture components in accordance with applicable JIS requirements. Our factory is among the relatively few Chinese steel structure manufacturers with JIS-related fabrication qualifications and experience.
Our portal frame systems are suitable for warehouses, production workshops, storage facilities and other single-storey industrial buildings. The main components include steel columns, rafters, bracing systems, purlins and connection plates, manufactured according to project drawings and specifications.
For Japanese customers, particular attention is given to member dimensions, connection details, hole positioning and fabrication tolerances, helping ensure that the structural frame can be assembled accurately at the construction site.
With continuous shipments to Japan, we have developed practical experience in handling Japanese specifications, material requirements and project documentation.
We continue to support Japanese contractors, builders and trading companies with custom-made portal frame buildings and warehouse structures manufactured in China.
