Steel Warehouse Fabrication in Poland
For this steel warehouse project in Poland, fabrication quality and dimensional accuracy were key requirements. Steel structures for the European market require careful control of welding, drilling, grinding, fabrication tolerances and surface preparation to ensure smooth installation on site.
Our production followed the project specifications and relevant European standards, including EN 1090-2. During fabrication, structural steel components were processed through cutting, CNC drilling, welding, grinding, inspection and surface treatment.
Welding quality was carefully controlled through qualified welding procedures, trained welders and inspection according to the required execution class. Welded areas were also properly ground and prepared before coating.
Bolt hole accuracy was another important quality-control point. Connection holes for columns, beams, bracing and plates were fabricated with controlled positioning and dimensions to reduce fitting problems during site erection.
Before painting, steel surfaces, weld areas and cut edges were properly treated to achieve a consistent surface condition and reliable coating performance.
